Everyone is different, and how any food supplement fits into your routine can vary from person to person. Many people take SUKOFLEX® consistently, as part of their daily routine, for several weeks at a time. SUKOFLEX® is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
SUKOFLEX® is a food supplement. If you take prescription medication, are managing a medical condition, or are otherwise unsure, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement.

It comes from our AP-4® variety, cultivated on certified organic plantations in Southern Chile, with full plantation-to-batch traceability. Read more on our AP-4® Rosehip page.
Yes, all AP-4® rosehips are grown on certified organic rosehip plantations in Southern Chile.
Rosehip naturally contains a range of plant compounds, including polyphenols (such as flavonols and proanthocyanidins), beta-carotenes, vitamins, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Some of these compounds have been studied in the scientific literature, including for their antioxidant activity. We do not make specific health claims for SUKOFLEX® beyond what is permitted under applicable food regulations.
Standardisation comes from using our single, selected AP-4® mother plant, certified organic cultivation, Southern Chile's favourable growing conditions, and harvest at a defined stage of ripeness. Read more on our Why Rosehips from Chile page.
SUKOFLEX® is made from AP-4®, our own selected and cultivated single Rosa canina variety, which carries a documented genetic identity established through DNA barcoding by our founding scientists. Combined with controlled organic cultivation and full traceability, this supports consistent quality across batches. Explore AP-4® DNA Verification →
Galactolipids showed promise in early studies, but clinical studies in humans have not been able to definitively link anti-inflammatory effects to galactolipids specifically. Read more on our AP-4® Plant DNA Barcoding page.
MaquiPro® is our synbiotic formulation, pairing freeze-dried maqui berry with a specific, well-characterised probiotic strain, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 299. It is available as a powder or in vegetarian capsules, supplied wholesale under our own brand. Read more on our MaquiPro® page.
MaquiPro® is currently being evaluated in a clinical study conducted in collaboration with researchers at the University of Copenhagen, with results expected in 2026. Until that research is published, we do not make specific efficacy claims for MaquiPro® beyond what is supported by the published science on its individual ingredients.
The maqui berry used in MaquiPro® is wild-harvested from Patagonia, then freeze-dried to help preserve its natural anthocyanin content before being paired with our probiotic strain.
The MaquiPro® powder is vegan. The capsule format uses a vegetarian, non-gelatin capsule shell. Please check the specific product label for full formulation details.
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 299 is a defined, well-characterised bacterial strain, selected for use alongside maqui berry in our synbiotic formulation. Read more on our Lactiplantibacillus plantarum page.
